In this form you can make the request to reserve one of the rooms that the City Council makes available to entities and individuals who request it to carry out activities of interest to all or part of the community.
The activities to be carried out in the municipally owned spaces can be of a cultural, sports, informative, leisure or meeting nature, without in any case being activities that violate the fundamental values of equality, freedom, tolerance, coexistence and democracy.
The transfer of spaces can be:
- Punctual: During a certain period of time for a specific activity without continuity in time
- Continuous: For a period of one renewable year as the headquarters of an entity or to carry out a training, sports, or leisure activity with a spirit of temporary continuity.
The request must be made at least 10 business days in advance with the date of use. Confirmation of receipt of the request will be received within a maximum period of two days and the assignment of the space will be confirmed within a maximum period of 10 days in the email provided in the form.
The available spaces are:
- Anna Maria Janer Room. Capacity for 50 people maximum, does not have a projector or sound equipment.
- Molí de l’Olí. Capacity for 100 people máximum, it has a projector and sound equipment.
- Telecentre meeting room. Capacity for 10 people maximum, with projector.
